If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund or exchange provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your eyewear, original cases, and cleaning cloths into the shipping box along with your completed return form.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our optical team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
